Everything returns in 1 working day from receipt to dispatch. Weekends and bank holidays excluded.
Digital: upload your intraoral scan
- What to send: scan, bite record, opposing (if needed), photos/shade notes.
- Prescription detail: appliance, material/thickness (e.g., retainers 1 mm/2 mm; guards 2 mm/3 mm; trays 1.5 mm), trim style, due date, any design notes (e.g., aligner staging, gum shields with colours/logos).
- File hygiene: clean margins, full arch, no voids; include label and patient initials.
- Security: encrypted upload link available; GDPR compliant handling.
Physical: we collect your impressions
- What we accept: silicone or alginate impressions with a bite record; include opposing where needed.
- Packaging: disinfect, bag each item, protect with gauze/foam, place in a rigid box; include all fragments/components for repairs; label shade and tooth numbers where relevant.
- Local (within 30 miles of Glasgow): same-day collection when booked before 10am (reaches us next working day). Local drop-back after fabrication.
- Nationwide: free collection arranged; book before 10am for same-day pickup (reaches us next working day). Tracked return after fabrication.
Dispatch and tracking
- Turnaround: standard 1 working day from receipt to dispatch.
- Returns: local drop-back (within 30 miles) or tracked UK-wide courier.
- Cut-off and exceptions: daily cut-off applies; missing info or prescription changes reset the clock. We confirm immediately.
