A specialist dental lab making repairs, retainers, guards, trays, mouthguards and models for practices across the UK. Digital design, printing and finishing are all done by our own team, so nothing is sent out to another lab.

Who we are
A senior technical team with over 100 years of combined experience. Trained dental nurses work in house, and a former practising dentist is part of the technical team, so clinical intent and lab work line up.
How we work
Every practice has a dedicated account manager to call. Orders, scans, collections, case chat and invoices all live in the Blitz portal, and an experienced admin team keeps returns on time.

An Ivoclar PrograMill PM7 milling unit, Formlabs 3D printers, Erkodent and Dreve thermoformers and aligner trimmers, with medical grade German materials. Calibrated, documented and checked.
