Retainers/Aligners

Material: PETG/PU sheets in 1 mm (discreet, flexible) or 2 mm (more durable, firmer retention).

Trim/finish: Scalloped or straight; polished margins; clear, high-gloss finish.

Fit/indication: Post-ortho retention; stable adaptation with minimal adjustment.

Submission: Intraoral scan (STL/PLY) or PVS/alginate impression with bite.

Turnaround: 1 working day from receipt to dispatch. UK-wide tracked returns.

Denture Repairs

Indications: Cracks, breaks, snaps, fractures, midline splits, broken or missing teeth, lost or broken clasps, flange damage.

Materials: High-impact PMMA (pressure cured) with shade-matched acrylic teeth. Wrought clasp additions as prescribed.

Process: Accurate re-assembly on model, fracture alignment verified, tooth or clasp addition fitted, pressure cure, occlusion checked, full repolish to a clean gloss.

Submission: Send all fragments and components, the opposing, bite record if occlusion changed, tooth shade and any photos. Disinfect, label and pack securely.

Turnaround: Standard 1 working day from receipt to dispatch. Same or next day subject to cutoff. Tracked UK-wide returns.

Night Guards

Material: EVA 2 mm (lighter, comfortable) or 3 mm (enhanced protection).

Occlusion: Balanced contacts; smooth excursions; patient-comfort finish.

Trim/finish: Even borders; polished surfaces; clear or tinted on request.

Submission: Include bite record and notes on desired guidance.

Turnaround: 1 working day. UK-wide service.

Whitening Trays

Material: 1.5 mm semi-hard sheet for durability and seal integrity.

Design: Uniform reservoirs; scalloped or straight trims; secure peripheral seal.

Outcome: Even gel distribution; predictable, repeatable results.

Submission: Scan or impression with arch notation and gel brand if relevant.

Turnaround: 1 working day. Tracked returns UK-wide.

Sports Gum Shields

Material: Multi-layer laminated EVA to sport and impact level.

Fit/performance: Stable retention, high impact absorption, comfortable speech/breathing.

Customisation: Colours, patterns, photos/logos added; name/number tagging.

Submission: Upper impression/scan with bite; sport and thickness preference.

Turnaround: 1 working day. Team sets and duplicates available on request.

Pontic Retainers (Essix with Pontic)

Indications: Immediate post-extraction aesthetics, space maintenance during implant/ortho, temporary single-tooth replacement.

Material & design:

1 mm or 2 mm PETG/PU base, pressure-formed for stability.
Shade-matched acrylic/composite pontic contoured for emergence profile and soft-tissue relief.
Options: full coverage pontic or facial/buccal window; scalloped or straight trim; polished margins.
Occlusion adjusted to protect the site (light/zero contact on pontic as prescribed).

Fit & finish: Clear, high-gloss finish, stable retention, comfortable speech.

Submission: Intraoral scan (STL/PLY) or PVS/alginate impression with bite. Provide tooth number, shade, photos if available, extraction timing, and design preference (window vs full coverage).

Turnaround: 1 working day from receipt to dispatch. UK-wide tracked returns.

3D Printing

Output: Study/working models, aligner model sets, duplicate models, thermoform bases for retainers/guards/trays, ID-tagged or articulated on request.

Process: Mesh validation, orientation, calibrated DLP/SLA print, wash and post-cure for dimensional accuracy and clean finish.

Spec: 50–100 µm layers, high-resolution detail, consistent margins and occlusal surfaces.

Materials: Certified dental model resins; clear options available. Biocompatible choices on request.

Submission: Send digital intraoral scans with bite, arch/labelling, base style (horseshoe or pedestal), and due date.
