- Materials
- High impact PMMA, pressure cured, with shade matched acrylic teeth. Wrought clasp additions as prescribed.
- Process
- Accurate reassembly on the model, fracture alignment verified, tooth or clasp added, pressure cured, occlusion checked and fully repolished to a clean gloss.
- How to send
- Book a collection in the portal. Send every fragment and component, the opposing, a bite record if the occlusion changed, the tooth shade and any photos. Disinfect, label and pack securely.
Post ortho retention, made to your prescription.
- Material
- PETG or PU sheet in 1 mm (discreet and flexible) or 2 mm (more durable, firmer retention).
- Trim and finish
- Scalloped or straight, polished margins, clear high gloss finish.
- Fit
- Stable adaptation with minimal adjustment.
- How to send
- Send the intraoral scan from your scanner with your order, or book a collection for a PVS or alginate impression with bite.
Essix retainers with a pontic, for aesthetics straight after an extraction, space maintenance during implant or ortho treatment, and temporary single tooth replacement.
- Base
- 1 mm or 2 mm PETG or PU, pressure formed for stability.
- Pontic
- Shade matched acrylic or composite, contoured for emergence profile and soft tissue relief.
- Options
- Full coverage pontic or a facial window, scalloped or straight trim, polished margins.
- Occlusion
- Adjusted to protect the site, with light or zero contact on the pontic as prescribed.
- How to send
- Intraoral scan from your scanner, or a PVS or alginate impression with bite. Add the tooth number, shade, photos if you have them, extraction timing and window or full coverage.
Single layer or dual laminate guards with balanced occlusion, and soft splints.
- Material
- EVA in 2 mm (lighter and comfortable) or 3 mm (more protection).
- Occlusion
- Balanced contacts, smooth excursions, finished for comfort.
- Trim and finish
- Even borders, polished surfaces, clear or tinted on request.
- How to send
- Include the bite record and notes on the guidance you want.
Trays that hold the gel evenly and seal well.
- Material
- 1.5 mm semi hard sheet for durability and a good seal.
- Design
- Uniform reservoirs, scalloped or straight trims, secure peripheral seal.
- Outcome
- Even gel distribution and repeatable results.
- How to send
- Scan or impression with the arch noted, and the gel brand if relevant.
Totally bespoke gum shields, made to the sport and the player. Your practice gets its own link to give patients, so they can design their mouthguard online: colours, names, numbers, prints and logos.

- Multi layer laminated EVA, to the sport and impact level.
- Fit
- Stable retention, high impact absorption, comfortable speech and breathing.
- Designs
- Custom colours, names and numbers, full printed designs, and club or team logos.
- Patient design link
- Give patients your practice link and they design their own mouthguard online.
- How to send
- Upper impression or scan with bite, plus the sport and thickness you want.
Models and bases printed from your scans, and study models upper and lower.
- Output
- Study and working models, aligner model sets, duplicate models and thermoform bases, ID tagged or articulated on request.
- Process
- Mesh validation, orientation, calibrated DLP or SLA printing, then wash and post cure for accuracy and a clean finish.
- Detail
- 50 to 100 µm layers, high resolution detail, consistent margins and occlusal surfaces.
- Materials
- Certified dental model resins, clear options available, biocompatible choices on request.
- How to send
- Send the scan from your scanner with bite, arch and labelling, base style (horseshoe or pedestal) and due date.
Just need the design? Send us the scan or the impression and our own team does the digital work, then sends the files back to you to print or mill.
